Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Z'lenso account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
